A banquet in Oakwood and an evening concert by the A Cappella Choir and Stage Band supplied the other activities for MC students and their mothers. Christmas Choral Concert Below: Dr. Clyde Holsingle directed the Christmas Choral Concert. The choir was made up of the A Cappel- la Choir, Chapel Choir, and Women ' s Glee Club. OAK LEAVES EXPANDS COVERAGE This year the Oak Leaves at- tempted to get away from its old image of a bulletin board of cam- pus activities and dealt with issues on both a local and national level which are of concern to the student. In its effort to become more rele- vant to the student ' s daily life, his problems, concerns, and ideals, the Oak Leaves examined such things as the smoking regulations on cam- pus, various attitudes and positions toward the draft, the Black student, the relationship between the college and the community of N. Manchester, the Vietnam war, and the signifi- cance of student involvement. An attempt was made to present all sides of an issue, besides adding the Oak Leaves ' editorial comment.
