Inter-Club Council CC joins Peace Corps President Ian Smith conducted the ICC meeting with a business-like, responsible air which allowed Miss Bullock to be an approving onlooker. Miss Bullock still kept the official calendar and attended all meetings but allowed Ian to solve all minor problems. At the first ICC meeting, all clubs decided to join the Peace Corps, Build a School Project. Money raised was sent to the Peace Corps and used to build a school. Methods used to raise money were the usual, such as car washes and bake sales, but a new idea, a frisbee throw, was promoted by FTA, Tri-Hi-Y, and Domestic Exchange.
