Student Council Council Forms ew Committee The Council on Student Relations is a committee that checks on and helps to correct problems dealing with students at all schools within the county. The students presented their grievances to the Administra- tion Board. The chairman for CSR was Frank Kelley and the adviser was Mr. lon VanderSchouw. Newly formed was the Bi-Racial Committee. The students selected by the Executive Board for this commmittee were individuals interested in settling disputes and generally improving rela- tions between the different races at school. The chairman for the Bi-Racial Committee was james Bacon and the adviser was Coach Robert Crawford. Inter-Club Council CC joins Peace Corps President Ian Smith conducted the ICC meeting with a business-like, responsible air which allowed Miss Bullock to be an approving onlooker. Miss Bullock still kept the official calendar and attended all meetings but allowed Ian to solve all minor problems. At the first ICC meeting, all clubs decided to join the Peace Corps, Build a School Project. Money raised was sent to the Peace Corps and used to build a school. Methods used to raise money were the usual, such as car washes and bake sales, but a new idea, a frisbee throw, was promoted by FTA, Tri-Hi-Y, and Domestic Exchange.
