Freshman Wrestling Frosh Take Four Victories The Freshman Wrestling Team, coached by Mr.'iWarren Hartman, finished their season with a 4-1 match record. One of their victories was a 54-0 romp over Brandon's layvees while another was a 63-18 win over Southeast's Varsity. Sharon Overton watches intently during one of the many wins of the Wrestling Team. Cheerleaders show emotions after the victory at the District Tournament. il- e New Branch Starts Spirit This was the first year MHS had Wrestling Cheerleaders. Missy Hunter, lan Smith, Sharon Overton, Linda Bundy, and Augusta Po were selected to this initial group. They traveled to St. Petersburg for the District Tournament and to Ft. Lauderdale for the State Tournament as well as cheering at all regular season matches.
