He led his team to the District ll Wrestling Championship and a second place finish in the State Tournament Derek Pilger, Mark Dillon, Clyde Redmond, james Samuel, and Victor Davis were all District Champions while Dan Fleming took third place. Varsity Wrestling Grapplers Win Eleven Straight Dominated by returning seniors, the Wrestling Team posted a fine 13-1 match record, winning the last 11 matches in a row. In the Seminole Tournament, the 'Canes finished first for the third consecutive year with a record score of 107 points. Clyde Redmond won his weight division for the third year in a row. Redmond, Derek Pilger, james Samuel, and Victor Davis each took first places while Mark Landrum, Mark Dillon, Pat Mowry, and Dan Fleming captured second places. AH but Fleming were Seniors.
