UNIOR RED bzoss Every MCHS homeroom is represented on the Junior Red Cross Coun- cil, sponsored locally by Mrs. G. T. Oliver and Mrs. J. F. Bailey, and faculty advisor Miss Lois Barr. These representatives filled gift chests, made by the wooclshop depart- ment, with school supplies for students in foreign countries. The group, with Peggy Raymond as chairman, collected 5116.23 in the school's annual Red Cross Drive. During the summer, members will help with the swimming program. Members must know how to care for all types of projectors in addition to running them, and must volunteer to work through study halls or before school.
