Helen Singletory and Betty Armstrong check on the typing ofa letter, while Ann Summers and Ann McLemore look up information in the file. Getting practice in oftlce procedure are Carolyn Brown and Grace Thomas, working at the desk, while Doris Love and Carol Karaman file some papers. Marking the number of hours she worked is Ann Tobin.
