u uui uii iui y v invyio: Extraordinary is just one way to describe the Class of 87. We have come a long way since that first day of high school. We were the first class to have the Junior-Senior Prom away from the school. It was held at the Ramada Inn in Manassas. The theme was “This Could be the Night” by Loverboy. It turned out to be a great success. We were also the first class to win the powder puff game two years in a row, Homecoming 85 and 86. We set a new record for the powder puff games to come. Yes, we have really done some extraordinary things in the history of our high school years. We will never forget the first time we en¬ tered this school. We were all scared of the many new things we would have to learn to do, but we have succeeded in everything we have attempted. We did our best and came out on top! We will never forget the fun times we all had work¬ ing during Homecoming Week; the hall decorations, float decorations, and pow¬ der puff practices, and then the JOY of winning for the entire week. Yes, we all had spirit that week, and we don’t want that spirit to end. Even though we will be going our separate ways soon, we plan to keep those memories of our high school years in our minds. We have all made friends and had them for a long time; don’t forget the great times with those friends. Those memories should remain in our thoughts for the rest of our lives.
