Ever since the beginning of time man has sought to improve himself through his ability to better his surroundings. We at Malverne have recently exemplified. this age-old American quality of never ceasing to progress, by persistently carrying out the dream of a new Malverne High School. Our year- book depicts the reality of that dreamg a concept which found its beginnings in the minds of the people of our communityg gradually developed through unfaltering effort, determination, and hard workg and then blossomed forth into full reality - its completion symboliz- ing not the end but the continuation and development of a powerful aim, one which will lead us as deep as philosophy and as high as art.
