Y Y 2' P More honor certificates were won by the sophomores this year than igEs1 fz . by any other class in the school. In athletics, they also showed their ability. Eucebia Saunders, Emily Green, and Alice Andos represented the class in varsity basketball. With the aid of Vera Ferguson, Mary Caton, and Gloria Narath, the class won the intramural basketball championship. Bill Keahon and Francis Purcell represented the sopho- mores in baseball. The sophomore class also contributed its share of dramatic talent when Robert Grimm played a leading role in Theme Song for the Married and William jenkins played in Thank You, Doctor.
