JAMES J. WALDRON, Jr. 207 W. Albenarle Ave. Lansdowne, Pa llJimIl Lansdowne claims Jim is one of its native sons. Having ioined the Friar's Lantern in his freshman year as a reporter, he has worked himself right up to the top spot, - Editor-in-Chief. When Jim is not attending to his duties of managing the Pie Shoppe, he is invariably talking with his friend Tom O'Brien. As the villain Humpy Grogan in the Spring musical, Jim de- monstrated not only his thespian ability but also his stamina and patience while being kicked and thrown around the stage. Jim has chosen medicine for his future profession. Junior Team Football 'I-2-3 'L Friar's Lantern 'l-2-3, Editor 4 Q Malvernian l-2-3-4 y Cap-n-Bonnet Players 4 C. Pie Shoppe 3-4 Cf! His Honor Roll certificates speak for themselves, while his dramatic and vocal talents were spot- lighted in three Malvern musicals and one comedy. J. HAYDEN WOLFINGTON 6363 Overbrook Ave. Philadelphia, Pa. Like his brother before him, Hayden started his climb towards popularity from the first day he whizzed into Malvern in 1947. Although always amiable in real life, Wolf was a rough-and- tumble football player from the time he joined the 120 lb. team till he fought for Malvern on our Varsity. Handsome Hayden, who considers himself the nemesis of all photogra- phers, has yet to see a good picture of himself. Wolf keeps his future an intense secret. J.V.
