THE ORATORICAL CONTEST The oratorical contest this year was well contested but poorly attended. The poor attendance discouraged the speakers to a great extent, and as a result they did not do their best. Russia proved to be the favourite subject of the speakers, as no lt-ss than three boys spoke on Russia.
