A highlight was the presenta- tion of the play - From Sea To Shining Sea. The class this year has become one of the finest in the area of cursive writing. The Second Graders had a very interesting year. They took a trip to Waverly in the fall to Peter’s Apple Orchard. In the Science Fair they received several blue ribbons for the display of magnets and experiments. At the end of the school year second graders made a good showing in the field day track meet. They also took a trip on Amtrak to Boonville which was an exciting experience.
