Ari en- thusiastic member of his class, he participated on all the Valentine Dance committees and received a certificate for the Rifle Club. Bobby likes the Beach Boys and is a stock car fan. DAN COOPER 12 Victor Street College Teacher Dan is a two-year member of the Future Teachers of America. An honor student for the past two years, History is tops on his list, along with Folk guitar and Folk music. Dan, recently transferred from Malden Catholic, works part- time at Jordan Marsh. DEBRA M. COSTA 9 Harden Road College Teacher Give me a V! shouts Debbie, an energetic cheerleader for the Voca- tional High School. A two-year member of French Honor and Latin Honor, she received the Auxilium Latinum award. She is also social chairman of F.T.A., and a Kappa Phi Sorority sister. BARBARA J. COMO 24 Como Street General Hairdresser After school, Barb is a part-time waitress for the Shrimpboat in Malden. She also takes pride in creating and making her, own stylish wardrobe. Barb rates swim- ming, aft, and listening and danc- ing to the beat of The Beach Boys as tops. VALERIE COPPOLA 76 Dutton St. Commercial Secretary Valerie is a part-time secretary for the Newco Aluminum Com- pany. ln her Junior year she took part in many class activities, and worked on the dance committees of Noel and Carousel . Valerie collects albums of The Supremes and enjoys dancing to them. DAVID M. COTTER 25 Glenrock Avenue General Armed Forces A Catholic Youth Organization member for three years, Dave was also a member of the Y.M.C.A. After school, he has a part-time job at the Firestone Company and also works on motorcycles. Listen- ing to The Rolling Stones albums rates high on Dave's list. SHEILA M. CONNOLLY 18 Home Street College Airline Stewardess For the past three years Sheila has been a member of the Catholic Youth Organization and an Alpha Delta Alpha sister. A Pep Club member for two years, she was a spectator at all MHS games. Listening to the music of The Association is what Sheila calls relaxation. DEBRA R. CORRENTI 19 Claremont Street College Teacher Debbie is a two-year member of USONA and Future Teachers. She was an Alpha Delta Alpha sister for three years and Secretary of the Pep Club. In her Sophomore year, she played left halfback for girl's field hockey. Debbie rates water skiing as tops. PATRICIA A. COUGHLIN 72 Newhall Street Commercial Hairdresser A member of the Pep Club for one year, and a spectator of all MHS games, Tish is an enthusias- tic sports fan. She is an excellent swimmer and badminton player, and especially relaxes to the music of Wilson Pickett. MARIANNE CONSOLO 228 Washington St. Commercial Medical Secretary Marianne is an avid spectator at the Norwood Arena Drag Races. During the summer months, she enjoys swimming and surfing at Nahant Beach. Bookkeeping and Typing are her best subjects, and Marianne is especially partial to the music of The Supremes. LUCY J. COSENTINO 26 Nevada Street Commercial Secretary Lucy is a three-year member of Choral Art and C.Y.O. A member of the Ecce Signum Sorority for three years, she became Secretary in her last year. As a Sophomore, she was on the student council and a member of the Oueen's Court at the Homecoming Dance. JANET A. COVIELLO 26 High St. General Journalist Jan is a three-year member of CYO and Treasurer of Ecce Signum Sorority. She was a homeroom representative for both school publications, Maldonian as a Sophomore, and Blue and Gold in her Senior year. ,Ian was also an usherette for Channel '68.

CAROL S. CIOVACCO 107 Judson Street College Teacher A three-year member of German Honor and CAM, Carol also par- ticipated in Choral Art and Chamber Singers. Playing guitar and writing songs is especially interesting to her. Listening to the popular hits of The Tijuana Brass is what Carol calls relaxation. ELLEN CLARK 53 Harvard St. Commercial Secretary An excellent typist, Ellen is also very good at Bookkeeping. As a girl who loves outdoor activities, she ice skates and enjoys swim- ming. A special interest is making her own clothes. Ellen is a part- time worker at Liggett's Drug Store in Malden Square. GEORGE COLANGELI 51 Julia Street Electrical Engineer For two years, Eel has played end position for the Golden Tornado football team. Not only is he a letterman in football, but also in indoor and outdoor track. Being mechanically inclined, Eel especial- ly enjoys working with cars and motorcycles. General MICHAEL E. CITRANO 33 Claremont Street General Electronics Engineer Su-Su was an energetic member of the Junior Varsity Baseball team in his Sophomore year. A three- year member of the Band, he helped deliver their successful dance, Freak-Out . After school Su-Su spends most of his time working at Malden Knitting Mills. LYNNE E. CLOONAN 89 Linden Avenue Dist. Ed. Model Lynne was on the committees for Carousel and The Shuffle . She often goes swimming and ice skat- ing, and is a spectator at football games. In school, Lynne likes Biology and Math, and she dances while listening to the music of The Three Degrees. JOHN COLANTUONI 35 High Rock Road Voke Electrician An auto enthusiast, John watches many stock car races and owns a 1955 Chevrolet. When not work- ing on his car, John spends many weekends hunting in the Maine woods or competing in a football game. For relaxation, John often listens to The Dave Clark Five. KATHLEEN A. CLAPP 8 Albion St. Commercial Undecided A valuable player for the girl's field hockey, basketball, and soft- ball teams, Kathy was the recipient of three letters. As a member of St. Josephs C.Y.O., she also par- ticipates on their softball team. Swimming and painting occupy much of her spare time. LARRY S. COHEN 90 Autumn Street College Electronics Engineer Larry is a three-year member of COG and Latin Honor. As an A.Z.A. fraternity brother for three years, he served as Social Chair- man. Larry is also a two-year recipient of the Auxilium Latinum Award. He is employed after school at Oak Grove Drug store. ELIZABETH COLBERT 87 Hawthorne Street Commercial Secretary An active Vice-president of Tri- Hi, Betsy is also President of her sorority, Alpha Delta Alpha. A two-year member of the Band and the Ski Club, she also received two letters as girls' tennis manager. Swimming and painting come first on Betsyls list. BEVERLY CLARK 9 Barrett Street General Airline Stewardess As a sophomore, Bev was a Blue and Gold homeroom representa- tive and a member of the student council. An Alpha Delta Alpha sister for three years, she also par- ticipated in the Pep Club for one year. Bev works part time at Malden's jordan Marsh Company. JOSEPH G. COLAMETA 11 Kenmore Rd. General Civil Engineer Joe, an energetic sportsman, played basketball for three years, earning his varsity letter. A three-year member of the Y.M.C.A., he plays all outdoor sports. loe took part in many class activities as an active council member in his Sophomore year. WALTER I. COLE III 205 Tremont St. General U. S. Air Force President of his Church Youth Group for four years, Wally is also Treasurer of the Explorers, Jr. Assistant Scout Master of the local Boy Scouts pack, and a two- year member of his Youth Ministry Committee. NANCY M. COX 31 Barrett St. General Airline Stewardess A two-year member of the Band, Nancy was also a Blue and Gold representative, and was on the student council. An Alpha Delta Alpha sister for three years, and a member of CYO, Nancy also was in the queen's court of the Homecoming Dance in her Sophomore year. BRIAN L. CRANNELL 378 Lebanon St. General College A three-year player for the Golden Tornadoes, the Adornmen, and a one-year member of the wrestling team, Brian received five varsity letters. In football he played end position and covered the outfield in baseball. Brian also works part- time at Woolworth's. WILLIAM E. CROKEN 15 Dale St. General Professional Baseball Billy received a total of nine Varsity letters in football, hockey, and baseball. Not only was he Captain of the football team, but the baseball team as well. ln his Sophomore and Junior years, Billy also was a member of the student council. THOMAS P. CROTTY 88 Williams St. College History Teacher Tom, a three-year member of Ger- man Honor, was also an honor roll student for two consecutive years. In his junior year, he par- ticipated in the Choral Art Society and was a member of the Chess Club. After school, Tom works part time at Woolworth's. HARRY B. CROWE 80 Cherry St. General Undecided A three-year member of the Young Mens Christian Association, Harry often works out and swims there. Being especially interested in Archaeology, he names Earth Science and Geography as his best- liked subiects. After school, Harry Works on cars. KATINKA I. CSIGI 67 Converse Avenue College History Teacher A Patriotism Essay award winner, Katinka was a member of French Honor and German Honor. In her Sophomore year, she was on the student council and in Choral Art for one year. Vice-President of National Honor, she was also a USONA member. JOHN CUMMINGS 54 Maple St. General Undecided John has been a steady worker for the Malden Redevelopment Authority for two years. A specta- tor of all Malden High sports, he enioys baseball, football, and hockey. John also swims and works out at the Y.M.C.A. after school and on weekends. JEAN M. CUNNINGHAM 186 Washington Street General Dental Assistant The possessor of a large collection of Sonny and Cher records, Jean listens to them frequently. She also is a spectator at football and basketball games. In school, Jean's best subiect is English and, after school, she is an office worker at Granr's. LINDA J. CYR 188 Washington St. College Business College In her Junior year, Linda was a member of the French Honor So- ciety and a consistent credit roll student. She worked on the decora- tion committees for Noel, Carousel, and Yesterday's Gone. Bowling, dancing, and golfing seem to be her favorite hobbies. ... . . KATHLEEN L. CROTEAU 51 Grimshaw St. Commercial I.B.M. A member of the Pep Club in her Sop'homore year, Kathy enjoys Waterskiing, swimming, and horse- back riding. She especially relaxes to the music of The Supremes and Herman's Hermits. After school, Kathy works part-time at the Bell Telephone Company. BRIAN C. CUMMINGS 70 Lenark Rd. General Sports Announcer Brian has been a member of the Band for three years. In his Sopho- more year, he was a member of the wrestling team, but later be- came Manager for the following two years. He was also Manager of the football team in his Junior and Senior years. MICHAEL A. DALY 1 Fremont St. College Engineer Mike received a letter for playing tackle on the football team in his Junior year. He is a three-year member of the Y.M.C.A., and he also plays golf. Mike's best subiect in school is Math, and out of school he listens to The Jefferson Airplane.
