In the main office, records are kept and discussions are held. THE FIRST FLOOR — nucleus of our school life—home of the Jenkins and Gay Auditoriums—sounds of Latin and Greek, long considered dead, but which live through us—lines of students in front of room 109 — crash of Band instruments — whirr of manual training machinery — a busy floor from which extends the com- munications netivork of the entire school. IN CLASS everyday, Mr. Pratt ' s students find a quotation to ponder. With the quota¬ tions he combats the tyranny of thoughtlessness. Here Plutarch reminds us that the feelings of others are very important. Perhaps he suggests the Golden Rule.
