f' ' ? ' 'W' X -.N Q ' , 1 P' 'L H , at I 1 0 ' '-X I' ' l s A, Y 1-. .Q R V X I Commercial We boast of sixty students in type l. Three type I students have won certificates showing the students that they have made thirty words with only five errors. Twenty students are enrolled in type 2. There has been one student in type 2 that has received the certificate of proficiency on the Royal typewriter. When a typing student makes forty words per minute, he is awarded a silver pin--if he has been typing on a Royal machine. For forty words per minute on the lnderwood, he receives a bronze pin. When he has made fifty words per minute he receives a gold, pin, if Royal machine is used and if the Lfnderwood is used he receives a silver pin. When sixty words have been made, he receives a certificate of Pro- ficiency. There is one class in bookkeeping. Twenty-five students are enrolled in the course which requires two periods. The school has equipped the bookkeeping room with a Burrough Adding Machine, this being a very saving device for the bookkeeping students. -BILL FALLIS. I 9 3 0 Page Seventy one
