li li P1 Q In fb .A 1: . 2 iiiifiiwig , fs f Junior Class History They were very timid, frightened ,and sweet Freshmen who set foot upon the school steps. They were dumb, as all Freshmen are, but not the kind too dumb to learn in time, They picked the dumbest one of the group to try and inspire them, Dahrl Evans by name. Well, he did well with such a dumb bunch to inspire him-but he had to keep with the group. The fellow who took his place the second semester was too dumb to have a name-guess I won't mention what he was call- ed. To make a short story long, they went through the first year only to have three years left.. Here you are, back again, eh? Well what are you going to do now? You have learned your lesson-that is-to get your lessons. You can select a leader now because all are not so dumb as they were a year ago. Cl guess they selected a leader, but can't say for sure, as no record was kept of such occurrences that might have happenedj You are beginning to take part in events. Your minds are making fair progress. Well, you can say now that a long story is becoming short- er-only two more years left in which to establish yourselves. We are now juniors. We are confronted by some of the gravest problems that ever met the students' intelligence--the publishing of the Annual and the Prom. Our leaders, first Ward Thomas and then Percy Hall, lead us on with jayne jones bossing the Annual. ln the events of the school we rank high. Many of our worthy members help to represent the football team. Some have followed other lines, but all in all we have become worthy students of the M. H. S. T930 I age Twenty-srx -
