Counselors and For the past thirteen years, stu- dents have appreciated the help of the Guidance Department. Coun- selors helped with problems and pro- vided advice in planning a four year program at South and also future goals. Furthermore, the Career Re- source Center provided information on job openings, college curriculums, and career decisions and scholarships. Many imporvements in the library have been made since South opened. 'INavo, which took some adjustment on the student's part, were implemented just this year: the new security system and library cards. The sec- urity system was successful in saving South much money in stolen and lost books. Also, the librarians de- voted much of their time to giving presentations and orientations to various classes. librarians provide much assistance H X 'is Ja-viii A-e 84 dill? x .X Xixfl a 131
