CMUSIC Concert Orchestra partlctpates tn Consortium Once again, fine musical talents were combined to form the Concert Orchestra. Under the direction of Mr. Spear and Mr. Rico, the group played at the fall and spring concerts, as well as the 1977 spring musical, Camelot. The annual Christmas Concert was also a huge success this year. As a part of the Concert Orchestra, South's Concert Strings performed in a Consortium for Or- chestras in February at the Univer- sity of Illinois. Also this year, an ensemble of approximately twenty musicians was formed to play pop- ular music, performing at schools, banquets and other special events. Surely, the success of many of the various concerts and the musical, Camelot, were largely due to this year's Concert Orchestra. Concert Strings: First Violins.' V. Hug, S. McDonough, R. DeZanek, N. Huhtelin, B. Windsor, B. Tilley, J. McDonough, P. Fried- berg, S. Rossier. Second Violins: K. Krell, J. Lester, P. Palm, J. Colquhoun, P. Tomaska, K. Peisker, H. Gerdes, L. Heavey, K. Singer, M.
