ew materials improve classes Although no new curriculum changes took place this year, the Industrial Education Department modified existing courses, and, in doing so, provided students with an interesting and educational oppor- tunity. By both consulting and questioning local business firms for their advice on modern equipment and supplies, this department upheld a continuing sustenance of high grade standards. To this end, new pollution testing and energy conserving equip- ment was added to the automotive section to keep up with contemporary problems, issues, and concerns. Furthermore, various additional materials were supplemented to re- place old equipment. Because this department tried to improve their classes, students were given a worth- while education in the industrial arts. I .1 pu- ur A - 104
