Woodworking and spending summers in the state of Maine are examples of what he considers time pleas- antly spent. Ruth Basenbach, M.S. Cats, cats, and more cats are her secret weaknesses. Vera Blazek, M.A. Her several years residency and previous study in France are vital parts in the French course which she also teaches. Anne Lauterbach, M.A. Touring Europe and gardening have been the con- trasting aspects of her vacations. William T. Ludolph, M.A. He has been a member of three Big Ten Champion- ship Golf Teams. Phyllis Masak, B.A. Her three most important tasks are teaching, selling, and homemaking. Joseph Paul, B.A. Stacks of foreign language records are entertainment for him and an aid to his students. M. S. Pool, M.A. His summer home in the mountains of Colorado is the background for his collection of 35mm. slides. Barbara Rioux She has lived in France and Bavaria, but her immedi- ate plans to return to the Continent include neither country. Alice Russell, M. This is her first year back after a long absence. She was formerly on the staff of Maine Township Junior College. Ellen M. Seaberg, M.A. She hopes that someday a Grand European Tour from Stockholm to Venice will no longer be fantasy. Harold E. Todd, M.A. His international travel plans include the capital of France and Tokyo. Paulene Yates, M.A. Literature and music of the international brand are her main diversions. The experience gained from her secondary occu- pation, secretarial work, is no doubt valuable to her students. The underclassmen have an energetic athletics enthusiast in their baseball and basketball coach. Robert MacDonald, M.A. His chief hobby is searching for time to pur- sue one. Corinne Van Dyke, B.A. She received the education for her teaching career on vast university campuses and in small colleges. janet Woodall, B.A. Learning all about Maine, doing secretarial work, and getting settled in her new home is her twenty- four hour job. Lowery, M.A. In the United States she has studied in a private col- lege and at a state university: she has studied on the Continent also. Walter Lussky, M.A. He is completing his eleventh year as a teacher and a student activity sponsor at Maine. Harold Meconi, M.A. At the end of his second year, he is very happy here at Maine . Joseph McGillis Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the West form the tri- angular path of his summer travel. Richard Calisch, M.A. His intense interest in foreign affairs has made a visit to Port Said and Budapest an ambition. Rosemary Hart Case, B.A. Since she attended college she has been a devotee of horseback riding, and now she sponsors a riding club at Maine, Edward N. De Laney. M.A. He has attended the three leading universities in Illinois and now resides with his family in Glenview. William C. Hoag, M.A. He has shown his interest in the theater by the work he has enioyed doing for Mair1e's dramatic productions. Addie Hochstrasser, M.A. Her summers are spent in some conveyance for travel and on the golf course. Dorothy Jacobson, M.A. Chicago, boasting of 3,000,000 inhabitants, is her hometown, present residence, and vacationland. Edna johnson, M.A. Water colors have doubtlessly prevented the fading of scenes from her western travel. Florence Lamson, B.S.
