Mrs, Ruth Beard, attendance clerk, and Mrs. Grace Parker, personnel secretary, keep student records and help with clerical Work. Mrs. Genevieve Smith serves as secretary to both the athletic and the music departments. Mr. Ralph Frost received his BS. and MA. degrees from Northwestern University and has also done graduate work there. He serves as dean of freshman and sophomore boys and has charge of assemblies, Miss Lulu Mae Iohnston is dean ot junior and senior girls and co-sponsor ot the Girls' Club, Miss Iohnston received her BA. degree from MacMurry College and her MA, from Northwestern University.
