THE NURSE'S OFFICE The nurse's office is a reqular merry-qo-round here at Maine. Mrs. Valta McGrath, school nurse, and Barbara Nowak, her assistant can always be counted upon in cases of emergency. Students come to her office for everythinq from first aid treatments to cough drops. Included in the general health program this year are freshman eye tests, tuberculin tests, and the dental survey. Lunch period is the favorite pr-riod of the day and the workers who make it so enjoyable are pictured below in the right hand corner. ln the back row are Mrs, Leisering, Mrs. John, Mrs, Zimmerman, Mrs. Hueqe.
