'ffzafm Pad 'l'he Music Department has brought many interesting assemblies and programs to Maine. One of the most outstanding programs of this year was the presentation of the Messiah. This was made possible through the careful direction of Mr. A. M. llarley, head of the music department, Miss Maryanna Beckemeyer, director of the junior a cappella choir and the glee clubs, and Mr. Earl Stricker, director of the concert band and cadet band.
