Canon in and join us for a Day at Maiiie. We would like to show you how our student body earf ries on during nine months packed full of classes. clubs, sports, and homework. You will be greeted formally by the student body as they smile rigidly from their class pictures, Then, with the aid of the candid camera, we'll take you behind the scenes and catch them sliding into class to the tune of the 8:47 bell, slaving over a tough trig problem and giving their all at a basketball game with a lusty Yea, Ivlainef' You will be introduced to our dear pedagogs. some of whom may have acquired a grey hair or two correcting tests and trying to decide whether or not Johnny deserves to pass. You're bound to like both students and faculty, because they are the ones who have niadc lvlaine the grand school that it is. This year brought many changes to lvlaine. XVe acquired a number of brand new teachers and ref luetantly said goodfbye to some of our old favorites. New classes were originated and, to our delight. the periods were shortened to 46 minutes. Paint and pictures brightened the halls and our special pride and joy was the new personnel office with its modern deeor in blonde wood and pastel walls, lt was here that we came to plead with Mr. Lindquist for a pink slip and when the buses were late. with Miss Wciod, who was always prepared with a stock of Late Bus slips. Of course, Miss Allen and Ivlr. Parriott were right there on the job too. We found that out by experience,
