Every spring members to this society are elected by a committee of teachers on a basis of service, scholarship, character, and leadership. In this manner, five per cent of the junior class and ten per cent of the senior class may be chosen to fill the ranks of this society. The initiation is the traditional candlelight ceremony followed by a banquet.
