My four years as a Magnolia Sentinel have been the most enjoyable and worthwhile years of my life. Celebrating Magnolia ' s 25th Silver Anniversary has been very special for all of us — the Seniors! Having been involved with A.S.B. through these years, I ' ve had a great pleasure to work with some fantastic people and develop some long lasting friendships. Our A.S.B. Cabinet ' s main goal this year was to promote school spirit among the stu- dent body and faculty. Together with our hard working cabinet and Pep Squad, I feel we had accomplished the goal to success which depended of communication, hard work, and understanding. As the year comes to an end, we reflect on the many experiences established throughout the four years. The things we have done, going to classes, making new friends, attending games, assemblies, and dances, it seems as though it were yesterday. It makes me sad to think that all of this and all of you will become only a cherished memory. I hope your memories will be as pecial as mine. Seniors ... we became a family, we care for the respect each other. This gave us the strength, pride and spirit to keep our heads up, to do our best and not to give up no matter what the ending scores were. Yes, the 1985 Varsity Football team were winners. Let ' s keep these cherished memories throughout our lives. I will always treasure the love, memories, and moments we have shared ... a little bit of you will stay with me, always. The future classes have a lot to look forward to, so get involved and be a part of your school. Make your years here at Magnolia fun and exciting, you can do that if you are United. That is the most ' important thing to remember — stick together as a class. I wish you all the Best of Luck! Thank you Mr. Embree and Mrs. Merrell for sup- porting us! My friends that have helped me at Magnolia have made these the best years of my life. Thank you for the memories!!! To the class of ' 87 keep the spirit and pride of Magnolia alive — Get involved!! There ' s one last thing I would like to say to the class of 86 and Magnolia ' s following classes. REMEMBER — A PERSON MUST GIVE THAT EX- TRA EFFORT TO BE SUCCESS- FUL! Good Luck in fulfilling your goals. I can not believe my class, the class of 86 , has to start looking toward the future, it seems like yesterday was our first day here at Magnolia. Yes, it ' s time to go on to college, work, mar- riage, and soon . . . children. We have pulled for each other through the years, to make that Varsity team, to make cheer or song, to break that record. Yes, this is a class to remem- ber. We have worked together as one in unity and achievement striving for the top. The class of 86 has been more involved, has shown more pride, and more athletic ability than many of Magnolia ' s previous classes. In my opinion the future classes are going to have a tough time matching the ac- complishments we have achieved. There are many people I would like to thank for making our years at Magno- lia years to cherish. Thank you Mr. Embree and Mrs. Merrell for helping the A.S.B. and our class put together memorable moments for the student body. Finally I thank you, the students of Magnolia.
