JAMES McNEAL Jim or 'Lefty' as he is often called, likes sports in general, His favorite subject was journalism, his favorite pastime? GIRLSIII EDWARD SCHAMBS Eddie, our class orator, was always ready to talk on any given subject, He likes square dancing and girls. Eddie joined the Naval Reserve in his junior year in school. MARY GAY SCHAMBS Personality is the word that best describes Mary Gay. Her gaiety and wit make her popular wherever she goes. Live, love, laugh and be happy is her motto. MAXINE STURGEON Maxinerwas the short member of our class and left school at Christmas to be married. She is complet- ing her education through a correspondence course. Maxine's favorite subject was journalism.

Gene played on the basketball squad for three years and was an active member in F.F,A, all four years of high school. CAROLYN MCLAUGHLIN Carolyn, who is affectionately called Mick, hopes to land a job after school as a private secretary, Throughout her entire high school career she has been well-known for her backing of the basketball team, Bob, our farm boy is interested in a simple life He was well cast in the role of Pa Belsnickle in our Junior Play, 'Hillbilly Weddin Bob's motto is 'Early to bed and early to rise Pete, lover of baseball, was well liked by students and teachers alike for his good sense of humor and

BETTY JEAN WEBB ' Betty transferred to Magnetic from Richwood in her senior year. She was well-liked by everyone and was chosen as our 1954 Homecoming Queen, MARVIN WILLIAMS Marv, Vice President, and Editor of the Resorter, is very interested in journalism.
