BALDWIN Time brings problems and many great decisions to the School Board. In their hands lies the responsibility of seeing to the smooth operation of both Magnetic Springs High School and Pharisburg Grade School. Throughout the year they are faced with problems of vital importance which must be solved for the welfare of the school and the student. The term of the school board member is for a period of two years. It is so arranged that only part of the terms expire at each election. Deserving credit should also be extended to the County Superintendent of Schools, Mr. Gale Baldwin. His responsibilities are those of supervising all the Union County schools. We, the students of the Leesburg Magnetic Schools, wish to thank the School Board and Mr. Baldwin for their efficient operation of the schools throughout the school year of 1953-54.
