STUDENT COUNCIL SEEKS STUDENT PARTICIPATION. The Student Council seeks the participation of every student of the school. By such action the student acquires a knowledge of good leadership skills which are so vital in our democratic society. The Council is composed of officers elected by the entire student body and representatives from each homeroom. Some of the projects for this year were Teacher Appreciation Day, Thanksgiving baskets, and a Valentine Dance. In this picture Christopher Chester, the president, discusses various proposals presented to the Council by the homeroom representatives.
