Classes with people HOME ECONOMICS CLASS WORKING IN HOME FURNISHINGS. These girls gain practical experience in flower arrangement, covering furniture, and making furnishing for use in the home. The students are: Robinette Hardy, Mrs. B. J. Moon, student teacher, Jacqueline Moore, Yvonne Graham, Antoinette Griffin, Judy Peay, Aleatha Frazier and Violet Watson. VOCATIONAL OFFICE TRAINING CLASS These students are using these business machines in the classroom in order to be well prepared for the part-time jobs they hold in the community. Each student is in the VOT class and is employed in offices of local businesses. The students are: Judith Lacy, Sandra Whiting, Sharon Barksdale, Doris Mobley, Brenda Hill, Gail Giles, Carolyn Jordan, Dorothy Merriman, and William Meyers, Jr. (standing). People seek skills we: “Oe Harvey Key works skillfully and with a great deal of concentration as he shapes a wall rack, in the Industrial Arts shop. WHAT'S WRONG? There is a correct and wrong way of doing most everything. Observe the photo and allow yourself one point for each correct and each wrong situation that you find. Ernest Walker learns to use the hand saw and Kenneth Miller learns to use the saw machine, in the Industrial Arts shop. COSMETOLOGY STUDENTS PREPARE FOR STATE BOARD EXAM. These students are refreshing skills that are so important when they apply for the State Board examinations. They are: Rosa Neblett, Cheryl Giles, Peggy Mason, Inola Frye, Fannie Carter, Elizabeth Williams, Marcia Dickerson, Vivian Smith, Denneise Nero, Ehtel Hedgepeth, Caroline Curry, and Edna Parker.
