Business education Business Education seeks to equip students with everyday work skills and knowledge. It offers clerical, stenographic, and bookkeeping curricula patterns. In a highly economic and business world it is very important that PEOPLE have basic skills and understanding in what makes BUSINESS TICK. . . Mrs. Aliceann Fleming and Mrs. Jean Christian stop to discuss student problems in business. Mr. Willis Pettis sits and watches Mrs. Ellalee F. Flowers takes time out from her busy schedule to his teaching methods go into smile for the photographer. Mrs. Flowers is Dept. Head. practice in his typing class. Mrs. M. Saunders is preparing to give her class a time test. Mrs. Nancy Lawson takes time out to read BEGIN!!! some material relating to her class work. Mrs. Story stops at the office desk before going to her next period class.

Distributive Education is a program of instruction which teaches marketing, merchandising, and management. It is a program of instruction offered in the high school curriculum to prepare students for gainful employment and advancement in a distributive occupation and to engender an understanding and appreciation of the American private enterprise system as a cornerstone of the American Democracy. The English department aims to train students in communication skills, oral and written. It is by this means a person may be understood and appreciated by his fellow associates. He is evaluated most carefully before being released from classes with satisfactory grades. Our offerings are Literature, Grammar and composition, Speech and Dramatics for grades nine, ten, eleven and twelve. English teachers Hold still for just a second, Clyde E.
