THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT FEELS THAT since education implies change, we must think in terms of how we wish to change people. In the P.E, classes we try to teach the HOW and the WHY in order to achieve the objectives of the Department. All of the teaching and techniques involve determining what ought to happen to boys and girls and then know- ing how to make it happen.
