5. I thought wo only used one ball in volleyball. Madonna Teams Up To Bring Us Toward Victor And Success In an age when machines do practically everything for us, the importance of bodily exercise increases. Ten push-ups every other day is the extent to which most of our exercise plans stretch. However, a well-rounded program and training can be very beneficial. This is why Madonna offers athletic activities outside the regular school curriculum. Uur sports program starts off with a rumble as bowl- ing teams take to the alleys. Next comes a season of bad- minton, volleyball and finally basketball. Belonging to a Madonna team is a real experience in getting on with others and in developing skills. A team sport can be the source of many happy, funny memories. For as we all know It's not whether you lose or win but how much fun you have doing it. Providing for just about any athletic talent you may have, Madonna's gym buzzes with sports practices all year long. Uur separate qualities must be nourished and our physical natures need as much food as our intellectual ones. Madonna adds a chance for athletic achievement to insure opportunity of every kind for its students. Gym classes shape up, not out.
