Band adds colorful note to football season. As one of the senior band members once said, I don't see how we can be on the field Friday night, ready for a show, after a week of sheer confusion in the band room. Mr. Acerra's reply was, You'd be surprised how organized that con- fusion really is. Well, the marching band is organized, and is also one of the largest and hardest working groups in our school, Each summer the members attend a one-week Band Camp, where, under the direction of Mr. Joseph Acerra, they practice formations and learn music for the coming football season. 20
