BETTY JEAN FISH--cover girl of the year. JO ANNE LEE and JERRY KRAUTER--stars on the “Lucy” T.V. show. BILL BORER--popular “Hillbilly” singer. LOIS WOIDTKE and RAY Me CLISH--greatest comedy bit since Burns and Allen. RALPH SPAULDING--owner of the Hallmark Greeting Card Company. DAVID WEST--new owner of the B. 0.Railroad. They now operate by jet propelled trains. TERRY NEELY--head surgeon in one of the greater hospitals in Cleveland. His assistant is JOANNE PIERFELICE. DICK DAME--sports announcer for WXEL. JIM BIDLACK--player for the Rio Grande Basketball Team. GENERAL NORMAN SMITH and SERGANT GRACE TOTH-have made the Army their careers. ANGELA IZZARELLI--operates the “Izzarelli’s Pizza Bakery.” JOSEPH POCZA--scientific researcher of atomic energy in a deserted island in the Pacfic. CAROL HAWES--married a famous recording star. KAY KUNDRAT--Social worker in New York. MARIAN OGDEN--test driver for Ford cars. (She always did like to race.) JOAN CONE--News reporter over WNBK. JEAN ALTIZER--Art teacher at the School of Arts in Colorado. JOELLA ORGEL and CAROLYN COSS--missionaries in the deep jungles of Africa. DON JACOBSON--Chief Executive of an oil field in Tex as, his Social Secretary is BEVERLY JEROME. OLEY CL AY POOL - - owns and manages the Claypool’s Ditch Diggers’ Company. ALICE SHAHAN--stewardess for the Trans-American Airway. BARBARA ENGSTLER--operates her own dress shop in California. REGINA KAFERLE--Elementary teacher at North Madison. I put the paper back in its envelope and began to grade my papers, a teacher has little free time but I love it! It was good to learn that my classmates had all made out so well.

CLASS PROPHECY On a cool morning in March, 1970, I went to the mail box expecting to find the usual assortment of miscellaneous mail when, to my surprise and pleasure I found a recent issue of “The Echo Madison Memorial High School's paper. Scanning through the pages I noticed that they published an article on what the Class of 55 is doing. I glanced at those ever-so-familiar names: SALLY MAVKO--fashion artist for Sak s 5th Avenue, New York. (This is no surprise, for Sally always did have the art ability.) NANCY SEMONES--runs her own school for majorettes. (I bet they not only learn to strut and lead a band, but also get tips on personality.) LINDA BEHM--at last fulfilled her one desire “to be a Mother to oodles of orphans. She manages the Tiny-Tot Playland Orphanage. JANET BALCH--Chief reporter for the New York Times. CAROL DAVIS--an Obstetric nurse at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cleveland. DAVE BRASKI--Ohio Representative. (Dave always acted like a Congressman.) DAVE BINNIG--President of the Farm Bureau. BILL VANDERVORT--Disc-jockey for WERE Cleveland. WILLIAM GROF--Professor of Math at Ohio State University. DAVE ERNST--Fuller Brush Salesman. DAVE HAYES--Pro football player for the Cleveland Browns. He was recently voted the most valuable player. JAMES WOIDTKE--Architect. (Yes, I saw in the papers where Jim has just completed the blueprints for the Whitehouse.) RALPH BENEDICT--heads the R. L. Benedict Mining Company, South Africa. CAROLYN DAVIS--popular Opera star. She is accompanied by DAVID LEET. Their next appearance will be at Opera Hall, Paris, France. DON NORRIS--aeronautical engineer. He designed the latest jet passenger. JIM STEVENS--jet test pilot. CAROLYN FENNER--manager of the Fenner Riding Academy. ANNA MAE RIGGS--M. D. in Logan, West Virginia. TOM MITCHELL--star cyclist of the Rivero Motorcycle Daredevils Troup. TOM PARKER--winner of the Indianapolis 500 Mile Race. (Tom always did seem to have a lead foot.) CHUCK WOIDTKE--latest heart-throb of Hollywood. His next picture is “Faithful ’ co- starring JANICE SIDLEY. SALLY SCHEURING--Columbia’s greatest seamstress. JACK HUMMEL--“king of the cowboys He is the best star since Roy Rogers.
