dxf anoffjesfamenf We, the Senior Class of 1962 of Madison-Mayodan Senior High School county of Rockingham, state of North Carolina, being of reasonably sound mind, request your presence at this reading of our Last Will and Testa- ment, consisting of our most valued assets and such other things as we col- lected in four years of high school. Article I Dedication - Miss Betty Jean Steele we leave this 1962 Falcon. Article II Item I - To Mr. V. Mayo Bundy, our superintendent, the class of 1962 leaves many problems, but also our congratulations of a job well done and best wishes for the future. Item II - To Mr. Charles E. Fleming, our principal, we leave about 600 students and our best wishes. Item III - To Mrs. Scott, Miss Mc- Kellar, and Miss Webster, we, the Class of 1962, leave our deep- est appreciation for their help and encouragement. Item IV - To our teachers, we leave the large, spacious classes of Madi son-Mayodan with the hope that the Class of '63 will appreciate them as much as we did. Article III Item I - To the rising Senior Class, we'leave the ability to dominate over the lower classes. Item II - To the rising Juniors, we leave the necessary backbone to stand up to the Senior Class. Item III - To the rising Sophomores we leave the ability to dangle through two more years. Item IV - To the Freshmen, we leave a zig-zag path to the last year of high school, hoping you can fol- low it. Article IV PETE ATKINS leaves his physique to Ken Boisseau. DORINDA BLACK leaves her love for geometry to anyone who can work puzzles. ANN BOISSEAU leaves her love of books to Marie Hollins and Dor- etta Shelton. DELORES BOONE Wills her bottom locker to Judy Joyce. AUBREY BOWLIN leaves his bus driv- ing ability to Bobby Snyder. MARILEE JOYCE leaves her ability to get a man to Bonnie Cassidy. KAY BUNDY wills her place in the majorette line to Josie Sealey. PETE BURTON leaves his best wishes to the Juniors and the hope that they will do well on PSAT's, NMSQT's, WS's, ACH's, and SAT's. BARBARA CAMP'S hair will always burn brightly in the halls of M-M. PAMELA CARNES leaves a Biology II class full of boys to Joanne Tucker and Betty Milks. DONNIE CLARK leaves his red hair and a bottle of peroxide to Richard Highfill. CHRISTINE COLEMAN leaves her smile to Shirley Landreth. LINDA COLLINS leaves her ability to talk in class to Kay Barrett. TOMMY COOK leaves a pair of used basketball shoes, a pair of used track shoes, and Judy Knight . . Maybe. MELISSA CREWS wills the old pair of basketball shoes that Donna Amos left to her to Becky Knight. DENNIS DALTON just leaves - hap- pily. YVONNE DALTON wants to leave early, but can't, and Linda O'Neal wants to leave with her. CARL DOWNS leaves Miss Maude Webster with a quiet classroom. BILLY DRAKE leaves his ability to charm teachers and pretty girls to David Sharp. JUDY FALLIN leaves her ability to chew chewing gum to Carrie Mabe. BILLY FREEMAN leaves his manly charms to David Evans. NANCY FREEMAN leaves her favorite hangout to Carolyn Schultz and Carolyn Reed. MILDRED GANN and PATRICK C-ANN BENNY CARTER leaves his quiet laugh leave happily married, but to to Ronnie Price. PATSY CHANEY leaves her ability to smile to Rosella Williams and Betty Williams.
