Songs Madison thus far has been without a song written by a student. This year prizes were offered for the best two songs, $5.00 for first choice and $2.50 for second. Many students were very enthused over it and the result was the production of several well written songs. These songs were sung by different groups in General Assembly and the students acted as judges. They voted for their first and second choice each. The first prize was won by the song entitled, Boost for Madison High by Miss Donetta Parker and second by Our Mad- ison , by Miss LuNone Clark.
