Hark! Be still! Even I hear music floating o'er the air, The melody brings sweet memories to me. Now, all is tranquil! Can you hear? Ah, flee each care! Class of '56, 'tis all for thee! Is this reality? I see the dear path beaten halls of our beloved Alma I hear golden voices of friends who there did dwell, Oh, friends, join me! Let us live again in days of youth and laughter, When we did seek to learn and found all well, Oh, carefree days! Tis good to live again in thy time Of dances, parties, games, and gaiety, Oh, youth's happy ways! Such golden opportunities were both yours and mine, Dear Madison Hi, we give our thanks to thee, O lessons true, How valuable you have proven to each one Who sought to learn and found souls willing to share.
