Before this time, we all attended three school divisions of Madison Township. One division was lo cated in Drexel Park on Parr Hwy., another on Carlton Road, and the other where the present Madison Hugh School is on Treat Road. From the sixth grade on up to this time, there has been seven teen new students, twenty Five classmates to drop school, and eight attending other schools. ln the sixth grade we had a total of thir ty seven, in the seventh grade thirty six, in the eighth grade thir ty seven, and in the ninth grade thirty five. As Madison didn't have a High School in l956,57, we had to attend Adrian Senior High School for our tenth and eleventh grades. The new Madison Junior and Senior High School was underway in the summer of T957 and was where we could attend school in the first part of September of 'l958. Now we have a graduating class of twenty one. We're small, but mightyl is our class motto.
