TO THE CLASS OF 1955 Today, more so than in the days of your parents and grandparents, you Seniors are concerned about the future and about your security. The price you want to pay for security is a matter of your own choice. It is well to remember the words of Theodore Roosevelt, that “what a man does for him- self dies with him; what he does for his community lives long after he has gone,” You have to live with people. Your future and your security depend upon how well you do this one thing. Your greatest asset and your greatest security are your education and good sense. This you have--it is something that money cannot buy. I cannot give you a guaranteed formula for success. I can only suggest that to be successful and to enjoy security requires competent work plus the ability to get along with people. You should always remember that the reward for a thing well done is to have done it. 4 SECRETARIES Patricia Blumenstock Edna Mae McLinn Compliments Of SECLACK FUNERAL HOME 1510 7th Street Madison, Illinois T.R. 6-1615
