We are proud to have our Trojan Teams represented by such fine boys, and also of our head majorette, Shirley Hughes. The big thing for all seniors is the yearbook, and to raise money so that we can have the best one yet, the yearbook staff is putting on a show called the Yearbook Revue. It included an accordian solo, a T. V. skit, “This Is Your Life,” The Infaturators, and The Cider Sippers. The big money-raising project for our yearbook is the High School Revue. Thanks to Mr. Barton! Miss Kenny is chaperoning the senior class on a trip to Carbondale and all who are going expect to have a good time, especially the boys who are to explore the girls dormitory. Dates in our history to remember are April 15, when we hold Senior Dress up Day; May 20, which is set aside for Class Day, the main event of that day being the presentation of awards and the reading of the will. Following that, one of the greatest days in history; May 2 6, which is Senior Skip Day, and we will make it a day to remember as we know we will never have another chance to do it again. And now that our Senior Year is over, there are many sad faces for there are many among us who wished we didn’t have to leave. There may be some of us who will never meet again after we have left M. H. S. but the pictures we exchanged will be there to remind us. Soon we will be out on our own and we want to thank Mr. Riddle and all our teachers for the help and guidance they have given us throughout our four years in preparation for our graduation on May 27, 1955. We hope this history is a warm and glowing memory of the best years of our lives and that you will always remember this, our Senior Class of 1955.
