Punch was served oriental style too by our prom waiters and waitresses The faculty had an evening of fun too These couples enjoyed dancing to the music in the garden. The mood was divine, Jim looks like he's having fun with his little Japanese friend. This beautifully painted mural was the main attrac- tion at the north end of the dance floor. 69

Kan uef fjfe Zyfy DwGy5f Bob Kessler, senior class presi- dent. gave a little speech and a word of thanks to the juniors for a wonderful banquet. The tables were decorated in the oriental style. The students waited for the banquet to start. Everyone was really hungry. Virginia Casey read the class will for the 1962 Junior-Senior Banquet. Rose Mullaney read the class prophecy. Miss Ioan Baillon was guest speaker at the banquet. Her speech, Moon River Anthology, left us with thoughts for the future. We were ushered to our seats upon entering. Stuart Tidblom, junior class president, was master of ceremonies for the ban- quet. The junior ensemble created the oriental mood with Japan ese Sandman and I Enjoy Being a Girl. 68
