South Dakota State College invited five Central seniors to visit them on scholarship day. Mr. Southmayd presents certificates recognition for achievement in scholarship to Ellen Lincoln, Mary Jane Kaisersatt, and Sandra Moose. Not pictured are Barb Laugh- lin and Randy Reichert. Mary Jane and Randy received scholarships. Jeff Olson, Ioan Anderson, Sonna Lotspeich, Jim Campbell, Nora Kuchenbecker, and Judy Bohl placed first with instrumentalsolos at the regional contest. This year four Central boys tried their hand at golf and succeeded. The boys are Jerry South- mayd, Greg Gile, Tom Blair, and Roger South- mayd. Medals were presented to E. Lincoln, sopranog V.
