The nominations were made by the senior class and the faculty selected the candidate from these nominees. To be eligible for the award one must have the following qualities: dependability, outstanding leadership, service, and patriotism in her church, school, and home life. 107573 Boys' Cgfafe Sonna Lotspeich and Janice Jensen repre- sented Central at Girls' State this year. It was held for a week in Mitchell where the girls studied government functions and ran for various offices. gig' Qsfafe Jerry Southmayd, Dan Bohl, and Larry Krue- ger represented Central this year at Boys' State. They ran for various government offices and studied our government Boys' State was held in Aberdeen.
