This placque was given for being the most out-standing band in the million-dollar parade. This is only one of the great honors which Bill and his band have bestowed on, not only our high school, but also the entire community. Our band is recognized all over the state and in several other states for being superior in all aspects. Not only have they acouired countless material honors, but the personal fine qualities which they have mas- tered as a result of band, can never be equaled by any other group of students. Responsibility, etiquette, good sports- manship, and truly adult behavior are only a few of these qualities. To Bill and the band, our congradulationsg we, your fellow classmates and your community- SALUTE YOU. 40
