We have learned that institutions of all kinds, especially of learning, either progress or rotn gross. Institution; and system; which standardize their thinking and practices do not maintain their status quo ante. The onrush of progress without their boundaries add up to retrogression. Our superintendent and school board are well aware of this trend, and to them “Progress” is their watchword.
