These changes have challenged the educational systems and have presented to them opportunities of leadership and inspiration. In Amherst County, we are fortunate in having a Division Superintendent and a School Board conscious of the magnitude of the task, capable of handling it properly, and able to assume the position of leadership among the divisions of the Commonwealth.
