APRIL: 2 Army Navy placement test to all senior boys. 9 “Trial by Jury.” Joan Porter had a little advanced practice in being a bride. Spring vacation starts. 6-9 Scrap Drive. 19 Back to school after spring vacation. More kids worked. 21 Famous words of seniors: “Have you got your cards? 22 M Club Minstrel show. Oh, boy! Handsome John Lehmann as interloctor in an all-white suit. Not to men lion Rollic Williamson as attractive Wanda Foster.” 30 Last evening jsarcy of our high school careers. MAY: I Miss Morris’s fly swatter in the swing again. Will she ever get all of them? 7 Girls' Club costume party. The orchestra really amazed us by swinging into Manhattan Serenade and “Crossroads. 25 We opened our Ixiok long enough to cram for exams, hut it didn’t do much good, (Juniors, take note.) 28 Swimming tests. Fatal for super seniors, as not one of them passed the lest. Too hat! lean I'.die and Dorothy Miller from the first aid class weren't there to give artificial respiration. 29 Mr. Kiricher left for the armed forces. Gordy Ware and Lee Kelley left for the Army. FEBRUARY: I Everyone's program was mixed up became ol the many-new war courses. 12 Looks like Dan Cupid took a nowder at the Heart Hop. Nothing happened!
