Text from Pages 1 - 84 of the 1951 volume:

To Mr. Collum— Because of his kindness and understanding, because of his willingness to see the other person’s point of view, because of his ability to guide Madill High School in the realization of its fullest potentialities—we, the Annual Staff of 1951, dedicate this edition of our annual, THE WILDCAT. PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE It is a heartfelt privilege and an honor to me to be associated with this fine school of students, parents and teachers. It is a real joy to see the progress made by students of this school. Much of the work done by the students and faculty is not seen by the people as a whole but an accomplishment like this annual, will be lasting by all who have had an opportunity to own one. It has taken a lot of work for Mrs. Seely and The Annual Staff to organize the material that has gone into the making of this book and I appreciate the spirit of cooperation and work of all the people and organizations that have made it possible. It is this spirit of cooperation among democratic people everywhere that makes life more enjoyable and makes us all feel we are very proud to live in America and especially in Madill. May the many friendships made in this school be lasting and may this book be a treasure of pleasant memories to every student in Madill High School. Sincerely, A. A. Johnson C7Ca Principal J. D.
